The scope view feature supports up to 10 µs / 100 kHz sampling rate and 256 K samples. It enables precise analysis of dynamic transient behaviors, including pulses of current loading, peak demands, dropouts, rise times, and other DC transients, eliminating the need for a separate oscilloscope.

The arbitrary waveform generation (AWG) capability enables the simulation of complex waveforms with up to 512 definable set points and configurable dwell times without requiring a separate waveform generator. Preconfigured waveform patterns include sine, step, ramp, staircase, pulse, trapezoid, and exponential.

  • Electronic logging (e-logging) feature enables a fast 1 ms sampling rate stream to your PC for concurrent voltage and current measurements, capturing peaks, and detecting interruptions and short circuits during ISO testing for precise, real-time updates.
