Testing for DDR4 compliance with an oscilloscope and automated test software

Double Data Rate Fourth Generation (DDR4) compliance testing requires an oscilloscope with high enough bandwidth to measure the 3.2 GT/s data rate and advanced measurement analysis capabilities.
