The N8828A 40GBASE-CR4 and 100GBASE-CR10 Ethernet compliance software for Infiniium Series oscilloscopes gives you a fast and easy way to verify and debug your 40 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s copper Ethernet designs. The Ethernet compliance software lets you automatically execute Ethernet physical-layer (PHY) electrical tests, and it displays the results in a flexible report format. In addition to the measurement data, the report also provides a margin analysis that shows how closely your device passed or failed each test.

The N8828A 40GBASE-CR4 and 100GBASE-CR10 Ethernet compliance software performs a wide range of electrical tests to meet the IEEE802.3-2012 Clause 85 electrical specifications.

For optional multi-lane testing, you will need the Keysight U3020A S26 or BitifEye BIT2100 switch matrix hardware along with the switch matrix license.

The N8828A 40GBASE-CR4 and 100GBASE-CR10 Ethernet compliance software runs on all Infiniium 90000 Series oscilloscopes.
