What is the Service Volume Agreement?
Our new Service Volume Agreement (SVA) is simplifying the way you buy services with Keysight Technologies, Inc. The SVA removes the need to place multiple service orders that saves you time and money. The SVA enables one or several individuals to simply request “the services they need against a standard agreement.
Total Services Solutions
Level 1
SVA is set up based on the expected annual level of business
For facilities with typically 3 – 5 test systems per year requiring spare parts replenishment, calibration and repair services*
Per-incident pricing is fixed for the annual term of the contract
Separate invoice for each service transaction
Level 2
SVA is set up based on the expected annual level of business
The Level 2 agreement is for facilities typically with 5 or more test systems per year requiring spare parts replenishment, calibration and repair services*
Per-incident pricing is fixed for the annual term of the contract
Monthly invoice at the end of each month for the work completed in that month
Consolidated invoice contains details of all work performed
Reasons to Choose a SVA
Faster turn-around time
Compared with per-incident service, the SVA provides a simpler and quicker approval process, reducing the downtime and ensuring your system is back where you need it as quickly as possible.
Lower cost
Providing certain conditions are met, the SVA will qualify for discounts from our normal service prices independent of any other discounts your company may have negotiated with Keysight. In addition, you can also benefit from any Volume End User discounts we provide to your company, therefore saving you considerable sums of money on an annual basis.
Flexible and easy
One single agreement can cover all types of system support services from Keysight, including Onsite Calibration services, Spare Parts Exchanges services and System Uptime onsite services (serial numbers not required). Pay for what you use and simply add more services if desired.
Single monthly invoice
SVAs may qualify for consolidated monthly invoicing rather than individual invoices per service transaction. This results in administrative costs savings as compared to working on a per-incident basis.
Monthly activity summary
The consolidated monthly invoice for SVA Level 2 agreement contains a summary report of all works performed. So, you can see at a glance which items are included. There are no delays on report reconciliation since the invoice total is derived from the summary report.
